New Wake Magazine Illo

It was between this image and one of a KKK member smoking a cigarette with his bedsheet pulled up, and the smoke forming an afro on him. This is a cover for an issue investigating both the good and bad of smoking.

Is that guy also riding a bicycle? It reminds me of riding behind cars in the city.
